Things got wild in Mr. Carroll's 6th Grade Science!
Mr. Carroll’s class cracked open dragon eggs to explore how parents pass genetic traits to their offspring. After “hatching” their dragons, students teamed up to uncover each parent’s traits and used Punnett Squares (plus a little luck!) to predict what their baby dragons would look like. Science + imagination = an awesome day of learning!

🎈 Balloons Over Broadway in WIN! 🎈 Mrs. Daniel, Mrs. Willcutt, and our Caring Cats had a wonderful time reading Balloons Over Broadway! We explored the fascinating story behind the creation of the Macy’s Day Parade and the incredible artistry that brings those giant balloons to life. After learning about the history and engineering behind the parade, students got to design and create their very own parade balloons during WIN this week. It was amazing to see creativity, design skills, and collaboration shine in every group. What an inspiring and fun way to kick off the holiday season! 🎉🎨🥳
