Simon is pleased to announce Ms. Briah Callahan as our Employee of the Month for December! Ms. Briah is our incredible Café Manager, whose dedication and hard work play such an important role in making our school a better place every day.
Ms. Briah is the heart of our Simon Café. She treats everyone with the utmost respect, whether they’re students, staff, or visitors, and makes sure everyone who steps into the café feels welcomed and valued. Her attention to detail and pride in her work are evident in everything she does, from the quality of the food to the positive atmosphere she creates in the café.
She leads her team with professionalism and care, and it’s clear that she has fostered a space where not only the staff but also the students can look forward to their time in the café. Whether it’s a quick lunch or a friendly chat, Ms. Briah ensures that everyone has a wonderful experience when they visit.
We are so lucky to have Ms. Briah as part of our team here at Simon.

Mr. Grant Smith truly embodies the spirit of dedication and excellence here at Simon and was nominated by several of his colleagues for his outstanding contributions to our school. He brings a perfect balance of fun, laid-back energy and task-oriented efficiency to everything he does. Whether he’s working with students in the counseling program or supporting staff behind the scenes, his positive attitude and commitment make a huge impact on our school community.

Tryouts are open to all 9th-12th graders and will take place at the high school fieldhouse next to the south entrance of the football stadium.
Sessions run from 4:00 to 5:30 PM.
Don’t forget to bring your cleats and athletic attire—they’re mandatory!
All athletic forms must be completed and submitted to Dragonfly to be eligible to tryout.
Boys’ Tryouts: Thursday, December 11th, and Friday, December 12th
