Maria is quiet, well-mannered, and consistently respectful. She is hardworking, self-sufficient, and never complains or makes excuses. She shows grace and determination each day and truly deserves this recognition.
6th Grade:
Micah H.
Micha as an exemplar of the Simon Standard because he shows kindness toward classmates and contributes to a positive classroom community; his thoughtful interactions help others feel supported. He remains focused during lessons and tasks, and completes his work carefully which demonstrates steady attention to classroom expectations.
Raegan W.
Raegan consistently works hard in her classes, approaching tasks with focus and determination that sets a positive example for her peers. She regularly helps others and shows kindness in her interactions, creating a welcoming classroom environment where classmates feel supported and encouraged.
5th Grade:
Molly T.
Molly demonstrates responsible behavior with a positive attitude. She displays a strong academic effort with a strong work ethic. She is prompt and never misses a beat. Molly contributes to class discussions and is very thorough with her assignments.
Rowan S.
Rowan consistently meets the Simon Standard at Simon Middle School. He is kind and respectful to everyone he encounters and is always encouraging. Rowen meets challenges with determination and perseverance, working through obstacles with a positive attitude. He is a true gentleman, showing integrity, responsibility, and consideration for others. His character and actions make him a positive role model in our school community.

Simon proudly celebrated our 2nd Annual Black History Month Program ❤️💛💚 — a powerful assembly full of culture, history, and student excellence!
We were honored to welcome guest speaker Brandy R. Mimms, also known as Unique the Deaf Dancer. As a Deafblind dancer, choreographer, educator, and scholar, she shared her inspiring journey and powerful message about accessibility, sensory diversity, and the importance of embodied knowledge in the arts. Her story encouraged our students to embrace resilience, creativity, and inclusion.
The program also highlighted:
✨ the history and significance of Black History Month.
🎶 the history and significance of the Black National Anthem.
👗 a vibrant fashion show celebrating culture and style.
👏 an energetic step routine by the Conway High School step team.

Snow Day Make-up and Schedule Adjustments effective Tuesday February 17, 2026 Information:
We want to provide an update regarding snow day make-up plans and schedule adjustments across our district. All adjustments outlined below will take effect on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
Elementary Schools
There are no schedule adjustments and no additional days to make up for elementary campuses.
Middle Schools
Middle schools have adjusted their schedules but Start and Stop time remain the same. All Middle school campuses will not have any additional days to make up.
Conway Junior High School (CJHS)
CJHS has adjusted its schedule and will not have any days to make up.
9th Grade Start Time: 7:55 a.m.
9th Grade Dismissal Time: 3:35 p.m.
8th Grade Schedule: No changes
Conway High School (CHS)
CHS has adjusted its schedule and will have one make-up day on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.
1st Bell: 7:50 a.m.
1st Period Start Time: 7:55 a.m.
Dismissal Time: 3:35 p.m.
There are no changes to bus routes for any campuses.
We appreciate your flexibility and support as we make these adjustments to ensure instructional time is maintained for all students.

🕜 1:30–2:00 PM – Science and Math
All other teachers will be available for drop-in visits between 1:00–2:00 PM as their schedules allow.
