WCE Families! Thank you for such a GREAT start to our year. Just a few reminders! AM Drop-Off: All car riders are to be dropped off in one location. Enter the north side of campus and use the far left lane upon entry. Do not drive through the parking lot to access the drop-off line. AM drop off line is one lane only. Drop-Off Timing: The drop-off line is available from 7:20 a.m. to 7:55 a.m. PLEASE arrive earlier. Beginning next week: Late Arrivals: After 7:55 a.m., the drop-off lane will be closed. If you arrive after that time and the gates are closed, you'll need to park and walk your child into the building. If it's after 8:00 a.m., you will also need to sign your child in as tardy. Safety Reminder: These procedures are designed to ensure safety for all students. Everyone has done an amazing job having their Driveline ID tag! KEEP IT UP! Remember, no tag = no child!

👉 Email your child’s teacher and/or our office at wcoffice@conwayschools.info so we can look into the issue. Please be sure to include your child's full name and homeroom teacher.

Our communications provider is still working out a few kinks, and your feedback is very important in helping us ensure families are receiving updates.

🌟 Meet Mrs. Joni Murray – Our New 4th Grade Teacher! 🌟 We are so excited to welcome Mrs. Joni Murray to the WCE family! Joni has been married to her husband, Cameron, for 10 years, and they have two daughters—Claire (almost 8, starting 2nd grade at WCE) and Carlee Beth (5, starting Kindergarten this year!)—plus two sweet fur babies. 🐾 Mrs. Murray graduated from UCA in 2015 with a degree in elementary and special education. She has taught K–2 literacy resource, first grade, and preschool. After stepping out of the classroom for five years to be home with her youngest, she’s returning to the classroom with excitement and passion. ✨ “I am so excited to be back in the classroom and continue my passion for learning and advocating for children!” – Mrs. Murray Help us give Mrs. Murray a warm Woodrow Cummins welcome!

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing WCE families for taking such good care of our teachers this week! ❤️ Conway Flooring, our 1st grade parents, and our 3rd grade boys parents treated us to delicious meals each day, and our PTO kept us fueled with a fabulous coffee bar from Shadrach’s. Your generosity, thoughtfulness, and support mean the world to us—what a wonderful way to kick off the school year!
