In-District Transfers (waivers) for 2024-2025 School Year -If your student (upcoming 1st-7th graders) is on a waiver this year, they are grandfathered in and you will not need to reapply unless you want them to attend a middle school not in your zone or you wish to change elementary school for next year -Once your child is granted a transfer, you only need to reapply before they go to middle school or you wish to change schools -Applications will be accepted through March 15 and will be processed after that date, we want to give our principals time to verify enrollment numbers to ensure we do not exceed capacity -Applications will be granted in the order in which they are received and must be complete to be considered -For all transfers, parents must be able to transport their student(s) -Transfers for incoming kindergarten students will be accepted once Kindergarten Registration is open -Please use the following link to access the transfer application - https://www.conwayschools.org/page/registration New Language: Transfers-moving forward this term will be used rather than waiver, transfer refers to any student who would attend a school they are not zoned to attend Capacity-each classroom and school must remain within the state-mandated enrollment count, for example: each kindergarten class can only have 20 students enrolled to one teacher or each 4th grade class can only have 28 students enrolled to one teacher
