🎄☕️ Yesterday during WIN time, the CHS Spanish Club got into the holiday spirit! We sipped on delicious hot chocolate, enjoyed cookies and candy canes, and explored the Mexican tradition of the Ojo de Dios (God's Eye). Students crafted their own colorful versions to create unique Christmas ornaments. ¡Feliz Navidad! 🎅✨ #CHSSpanishClub #HolidayTraditions #OjoDeDios #CHSPride #FelizNavidad

SAVE THE DATE! 📆
Lady Cat Basketball Alumni Night
January 28th @6:00pm 🚾 🏀
Help us spread the word by sharing/tagging a former coach, player or team manager! 📲
It will be a great night of honoring and celebrating our Lady Cat 🏀 Family!

The Choosing to Excel Youth Leadership Team visited Conway Junior High School students in their Career Development classes. Students were provided an opportunity to
explore multiple career pathways while using the oculus and they engaged in an activity that allowed them to take care of their financial responsibilities as an adult with a specific salary, and family matter. This exercise fostered an understanding of financial literacy, healthy decision-making, and establishing boundaries.

YFA loved volunteering this October! 🍂💪 From supporting Conway Cradle Care's mission to trick-or-treating with Superior Health residents, we were proud to make a difference! 🎃🤝

Congratulations to CHS Speech & Debate Team coach, Mrs. Casey Griffith, for being awarded the National Speech & Debate Association’s 2nd Diamond Award.
Since 1925, the National Speech & Debate Association has been recognizing student and coach achievements in speech and debate. Coaches earn points in the national honorary through team participation, student achievement, public service, and leadership work. This is one of the highest honors a coach can achieve as a part of the National Speech & Debate Association.
To earn a Diamond Award, a coach must be a member of the National Speech & Debate Association for at least five years. Coaches earn additional awards with more points earned in the Honor Society. Mrs. Griffith was awarded her 1st Diamond Award in 2019, and has also been awarded the Diamond Key Award, the Donus D. Roberts Quad Ruby Coaching Award, and has reached the Premier Distinction degree level.
“Our Diamond Award winners provide access to the life changing benefits of speech and debate for thousands of students,” said National Speech & Debate Executive Director J. Scott Wunn. “We are proud to recognize these educators for their service, and thank them for their hard work.”
Mrs. Griffith is in her 13th year at Conway High School where she teaches Debate I, II & III, Forensics I, II & III, and UCA Principles of Communication. Her team competes on the state and national levels, having traveled all over Arkansas, along with Georgia, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, Louisiana, Iowa, and Kentucky. They have competed against teams from Canada, South Korea, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
