🔢 We strengthened numeracy by counting passengers headed into the Vroom and Zoom Room.
✈️ We expanded spatial awareness and observation as we counted windows on the airplane.
🎶 And we boosted phonological awareness by matching rhyming words — a key foundation for early reading success!
Such a great day of purposeful, brain-powered learning! 💙🧠📚

From crawling through the tunnel, to giggles under the parachute, to dancing out all our wiggles 💃🕺… indoor days can be just as fun as outdoor ones!
Here’s to staying cozy, active, and full of smiles no matter the weather! ☔💙

Our teachers enjoyed a wonderful Friendsgiving potluck filled with great food, laughter, and time together. We’re so grateful for moments like these that bring our team closer.
A big thank you to our amazing Staff Success Team for organizing this special gathering and making it such a memorable event! 🍂✨

In our Right Brain classroom, the children explored patterns in a fun and creative way—using fruits! They loved arranging colorful fruit pieces to create patterns, repeat sequences, and discover new combinations. It was a hands-on, visual, and engaging way to build early math skills while having lots of fun! 🍓🟡🍇

We’ve been busy exploring all kinds of hands-on activities!
🔹 Sorting and matching things that go — building early math and classification skills.
🔹 Using geoboards to create shapes — strengthening fine motor skills and understanding geometry in a fun way!
🔹 Drawing different types of cars in Art Appreciation — encouraging creativity while learning about transportation.
Our learners are having a blast while building important skills through play and discovery! 🌟

We are thrilled to celebrate Mrs. Heath as our November Employee of the Month! 💛
Mrs. Heath is always willing to lend a helping hand — whether it’s printing materials for others, sharing her creative ideas, or supporting her teammates with a smile. Her positivity and teamwork truly make our school shine! ✨
Thank you, Mrs. Heath, for all that you do to make our classrooms and community such a wonderful place. 💐💫

Our young artists got creative using turmeric ink and nature items collected from home to make beautiful sun prints! ☀️💛
We tied this art experience to our animal theme, learning how animals use nature — like sticks, leaves, and grass — to build their homes. 🐦🍃
Through this hands-on exploration, the children combined science, art, and observation skills while discovering how nature inspires creativity and connection! 🌼🧠

Our curious learners are on the move as we explore transportation and all the ways we travel! From cars and trains to planes and boats, the children are discovering how things go, move, and work. 🚗💨

Our little learners are practicing how to take turns while playing a fun memory game! 🎯✨
Games like these help children strengthen important social skills such as sharing, waiting patiently, and celebrating others’ successes — all while boosting focus and memory skills. 🧩👏
Learning through play is the best kind of learning! 💫

Our classroom came alive with music and movement this week as we used props to sing “Old McDonald” and “The Farmer in the Dell.” 🎤✨
Through songs and play, our little learners are building language skills, memory, and social connection — all while having so much fun! 🎶💛

🎖️ Veterans Day – Honoring All Who Served
Today and every day, we honor the brave men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces. 🇺🇸
A special thank you to the veterans within our CPSD family—your dedication and service inspire us all.
We are proud to recognize all veterans for the sacrifices they’ve made to protect our freedoms.

👃👂 We practiced sorting and matching parts of the body, learning how each part has an important role — a great way to build observation and reasoning skills.
🔢 We also worked on counting and matching objects, reinforcing number recognition and one-to-one correspondence through hands-on learning fun!

Our little thinkers were hard at work strengthening their fine motor and cognitive skills! 💪
🔢 We practiced clipping and counting clothespins, building coordination and number sense.
✋ We explored our sense of touch by sorting objects that were hard and soft — a hands-on way to boost observation and classification skills.
🎨 And during Art Appreciation, we carefully observed and responded to an art photo, using our words and emotions to make connections between what we see and what we feel.

Our students have been learning all about emotions — understanding what they are, how to express them, and most importantly, how to handle them safely. 💬💖
They worked together to create their very own book — a special tool filled with ideas, stories, and strategies to help others recognize and manage their feelings in positive ways. 📖✨
Our little artists had an amazing time exploring their creativity! Using paint, markers, and glue, students expressed themselves in vibrant colors and unique designs. Each masterpiece reflected their imagination, problem-solving, and growing confidence! 💡🌈
