Today, Mrs. Murray’s class reviewed Newton’s Laws of Motion and were challenged to create a carnival game that applies at least one law of motion. They were given 2 paper plates, 2 pieces of paper, cups, tape and a marble. Their ingenuity was so fun to watch!

Today was Woodrow Cummins 4th grade Spelling Bee! Congratulations to all the spelling participants! Taking first place was Oliver 2nd place was Samantha And 3rd place was Divi.
We are SO thankful for our PTO and PTO board. They truly provide so much for our staff and students. Today we were able to give back to them and show our gratitude with a brunch. Thank you for everything you do!

Ms. Lisa’s class had the best day at the Little Rock Zoo! It was perfect weather so we were able to see all of the animals we have been studying about in class!

Ms. Tipton’s class had fun practicing their phonics skills with shaving cream!
All of Mrs. Wilcox’s 2nd graders showed growth on their math ATLAS test and were rewarded with an ice cream party!

Mrs. Hill's class got to have a pizza party today for being the class who raised the most money during the Read-A-Thon. Congratulations guys!!

Let’s roll into Friday with some fresh air, big smiles, and lots of school spirit! We’re excited to celebrate Bike to School Day and encourage our students to ride their bikes to school for a fun and healthy start to the day.
A few reminders for our riders:

🔹 Lock bikes in the designated bike rack area
Whether you ride a bike, scooter, or walk alongside a friend, we can’t wait to see our students arriving in style!

The Making Conway Brighter Award was given by the district RBTs to Mrs. Rebekah Adams. Mrs. Adams shows kindness and compassion to ALL staff and students every day. She is such a blessing to WCE!
After observing their caterpillars go through all of the stages of metamorphosis, Mrs. Rogoff’s class was finally able to release lots of butterflies into the butterfly garden. We hope they stick around the Pollinator Playground!
