Here are a few ways you can help your child do their best:

✅ Get a good night’s sleep – Rest helps with focus and confidence.
✅ Eat a healthy breakfast – Fuel for the brain is important!
✅ Arrive on time – Being punctual helps students start the day calmly.
✅ Encourage a positive mindset – Remind them to take their time and do their best.
✅ Pack any needed items – Glasses, water bottle, or anything they use daily.

Let’s work together to help our students feel confident and prepared. We believe in them! 💙

Measuring up to success in 2nd grade! Mrs. Harrison's students have been busy estimating and measuring using inches, feet, and yards building real-world math skills. They are learning to use the right tools and make smart guesses. We are so proud of their growing math minds!

Happy Assistant Principal’s Week to the very best — Mrs. Briggler! 🎉

At Woodrow Cummins Elementary School, we are incredibly thankful for Mrs. Briggler and the calm, steady leadership she brings to our building every single day. Whether she’s helping students make great choices, supporting teachers, greeting families with a smile, or jumping in wherever she’s needed, she does it all with patience, kindness, and a heart for kids.

Our school runs smoother, feels safer, and stays more positive because of the work she does behind the scenes and out in the halls.

Thank you, Mrs. Briggler, for everything you do for our students, staff, and families. We appreciate you this week and every week! 💙
