🎉🏆 We had the privilege of honoring our Conway High School Coding Team for their outstanding achievement of winning back-to-back State Championships at our May School Board Meeting! 🏆🎉 Additionally, our team was recently recognized at the Conway City Council Meeting by Mayor Bart Castleberry for their exceptional achievement.
This remarkable accomplishment is historic for two reasons:
1. It's the first time an entire team has repeated a win in consecutive years.
2. Conway High is the only school to have won the competition three times since it began eight years ago.
We couldn't be prouder of these talented students!

The Conway Educational Aspiring Leaders (CEAL) received their program completion certificates during our May School Board Meeting. This inaugural cohort, led by Dr. Megan Duncan, Paula Harris, Sarah Jerry, Siri Briggler, and Courtney Knight, signifies a significant milestone. The CEAL program serves as a vital pathway for individuals within the district to emerge as leaders across various departments. Dr. Duncan expressed that the program's objective was to provide opportunities for all employees, not solely aspiring principals, but for anyone eager to serve in any capacity within our district. She emphasized the dedication of the participants, who invested time and effort beyond their regular work hours to develop the skills necessary for leadership roles.
